Wolves may sell Man Utd and Arsenal target this summer

Wolves may be forced to sell star forward Pedro Neto this summer to ensure they do not breach Premier League profit and sustainability rules, which has put the likes of Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool on Tottenham on red alert, reports the Sun.

Neto has been a revelation of Gary O'Neil's side this season having registered eight assists for Wolves, while a WhoScored rating of 7.14 is the second best for the club.

However, while Wolves will be reluctant to sell Neto at the end of the season, they'll be keen to avoid being charged by the league and endure a points deduction just as Everton were earlier this season.

As such, a number of the Premier League's big hitters are likely to circle Molineux in a bid to convince the 23-year-old to depart for pastures new.

United are expected to target a new winger in the off-season, with Erik ten Hag's side linked with a move for Michael Olise in the summer.

Arsenal are in need of investment in the wide areas, while Liverpool and Tottenham are considering their long-term replacements for star players Mohamed Salah and Son Heung-Min, respectively.

There will be greater pressure on Neto for O'Neil's side between now and the end of the season with striker Matheus Cunha set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines having sustained a hamstring injury in the loss to Brentford last time out.
