Leicester have bid £6.25m for Cracovia midfielder Bartosz Kapustka, according to The Daily Mail.
Kapustka, 19, caught the eye with a series of impressive displays at Euro 2016 with Poland and has attracted attention from Everton and Southampton this summer.
However, both Premier League sides face a battle from champions Leicester and the Foxes have made the first move and hope to conclude a deal by the end of next week.
Only Arkadiusz Milik (25 mins) and Robert Lewandowski (37.5 mins) required fewer minutes per shot on goal than Kapustka (44.3 mins) for Poland at Euro 2016.
