Slovakia have a fully fit squad to select from and it wouldn't be a surprise to see head coach Francesco Calzona go with the same starting XI for the third game of Euro 2024.

Slovakia vs Romania Key Battle

While he operated impressively at centre-back for Feyenoord last season, David Hancko has performed admirably at left-back for Slovakia at Euro 2024 so far. The 26-year-old has been dribbled past just twice in his two outings and his defensive solidity will be key on Wednesday evening as Slovakia look to make the last-16.

This defensive resolve will be crucial as Slovakia look to keep Dennis Man at bay. Man is one of only two players at the time of writing to register multiple assists at Euro 2024 and has returned a WhoScored rating of 7.17, that the second best for Romania.
