Chelsea head into Thursday's welcome of Manchester United unbeaten in five in the Premier League but they have won only two of those outings. The Blues were twice pegged back by relegation-threatened Burnley at home at the weekend and they currently sit 12th in the league following a disappointing draw with the Clarets.
Manchester United have won only one of their last four in England's top tier after they though they'd beaten Brentford late on over the weekend. However, Kristoffer Ajer's late strike meant the spoils were shared on their last trip to west London, with United struggling to keep the Bees at bay.

Chelsea still have a lengthy injury list to contend with ahead of Thursday's welcome of Manchester United. Wesley Fofana, Reece James and Robert Sanchez are among those absent, while Mauricio Pochettino is hoping to have Malo Gusto available for selection after his late withdrawal against Burnley.
United have issues at centre-back with both Jonny Evans and Raphael Varane doubts for the meeting at Stamford Bridge. Victor Lindelof and Lisandro Martinez are unavailable for Erik ten Hag, while Luke Shaw, Tyrell Malacia, Altay Bayindir and Anthony Martial remain sidelined.

Bruno Fernandes has endured a sub-par season by his lofty standards having directly contributed to just 10 goals, scoring four times. However, the low goal return is not for want of trying with Fernandes firing off more shots on target (30) than any other Manchester United player in the Premier League this season.
In addition, the Portuguese midfielder has mustered at least two shots on target in his last two league starts and given Chelsea's lack of defensive resolve, chances are Fernandes will seek to add to his tally in west London tonight.
