Spanish giants Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are interested in signing Monaco winger Thomas Lemar this summer, reports L’Equipe , via Get French Football.
Monaco are bracing themselves for interest from their European rivals in a number of their players following their sensational campaign in France and in Europe.
Lemar, 21, has previously been linked with a move to the Premier League but interest from two of Spain’s biggest clubs could trump the likes of Chelsea, although even Barcelona and Atletico face a challenge to lure the youngster away from the Ligue 1 leaders.
Leonardo Jardim’s side aren’t interested in cashing in on all of their players and will reportedly only allow one of Lemar and Bernardo Silva to leave in the summer.
The France international is enjoying his best campaign to date having scored or assisted 13 goals in 26 league appearances for Monaco thus far. Only four players have created more chances from set-pieces this season in Ligue 1 than Lemar (22).
