Arsenal are ready to battle rival European clubs for the signature of Rennes prodigy Ousmane Dembele, according to The Daily Mirror.
Dembele, 18, only made his professional debut in November but has quickly risen to prominence this season and has already been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool and Barcelona.
The versatile French forward attempted to force a move away from Rennes last summer due to a lack of first-team opportunities before eventually putting pen to paper on a three-year deal.
Of the 32 teenagers to have scored across Europe’s top five leagues this season, none have scored more times than Dembele (9).
