Bayern Munich have earmarked Lille star Nicolas Pepe as a top transfer target at the end of the season, claims 10 Sport.
The Bundesliga giants want to overhaul their offensive options in the summer and bring through the next wave of talent at the club.
Bayern failed in their pursuit of Chelsea teenager Callum Hudson-Odoi last month but will try again in the summer.
Niko Kovac’s side have also identified Pepe as a transfer target but will not be the only side interested in the Ivory Coast international.
Pepe has been a revelation in Ligue 1 this season and has arguably been one of the best players in the division.
The 23-year-old has played a direct hand in 24 goals in 23 league games this season and has won the WhoScored Man of the Match award on seven occasions.
In fact, only four players have a higher WhoScored rating than Pepe in Ligue this season (7.59) and no player has scored and assisted more goals than the Lille winger.
