Tottenham star discusses Real Madrid rumours

Tottenham striker Harry Kane has discussed reports linking him with a big money move to Real Madrid.

Speculation this week suggested that the La Liga and European champions are pondering a big money move for the England international, though Spurs are adamant that Kane is not for sale.

Indeed, it would take a hefty bid to convince Spurs to sell, with it thought they would command upwards of €200m for their star man.

Kane is to captain England when they face Slovenia at Wembley tonight and when quizzed on reports over a move to Real Madrid in the future, the 24-year-old is quoted by the Daily Express as saying: “I would never say no. “I would never say yes.

“I think in football, you never know and you never rule out anything. It is not something that I definitely want to do but it could happen. You just never know.

“Like you said, at the moment, I am very happy where I am here – that is all that matters. We will see what happens, but for now that is all I am focusing on.”
