Zaha determined to force through dream Arsenal move

Crystal Palace face a serious fight on their hands to keep star man Wilfried Zaha with the star man desperate to join Arsenal this summer, claims Sky Sports.

Zaha is ready to quit Palace for the second time in his career and wants to join a team that can offer European football next season.

The Ivory Coast international, who is currently away at the Africa Cup of Nations, has made his intentions clear to Palace but the Eagles do not want to sell.

Zaha still has four years left to run on his existing Palace deal and Roy Hodgson’s side are under no pressure to sell, other than from the player.

The Premier League outfit are willing to sell Zaha if their £80m valuation is met but the 26-year-old fears being priced out a move away.

Arsenal are the only club interested in signing Zaha this summer but Palace's valuation is almost twice as much as they have available to spend.

Part of the reason Palace are demanding so much money for Zaha is that Manchester United are entitled to 25% of the fee.

Palace wanted to remove that clause in negotiations to sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka to United but their efforts proved unsuccessful.

Zaha is regarded as one of the best players in the Premier League outside the top-six and last season he reached 10 goals in a top-flight campaign for the first time.

Furthermore, only Eden Hazard (303) has completed more dribbles than Zaha (232) in the last two Premier League campaigns.
