Arsenal are concerned over possible interest from Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich in creator-in-chief Mesut Ozil, reports The Sun.
The Gunners put contract talks over a new contract for Ozil on hold until the end of the summer, increasing speculation that a possible exit could be on the cards.
The Germany international has two years left to run on his current deal at the Emirates, but Arsenal are keen to tie him down to a new long term deal.
Ozil has supposedly twice rebuffed the club's offer of a fresh contract, insisting he wishes to wait until after Euro 2016 before entering talks to commit his future to the north London side.
Arsenal are now worried that the club's record signing is open to a move away, with Bayern Munich believed to be weighing up a possible approach for Ozil.
Arsene Wenger is understandably keen to retain the services of Ozil, who registered more assists (19) than any other player in Europe's top five leagues this season.
