Borussia Dortmund wonderkid Ousmane Dembele has revealed he will play for Barcelona at one point in his career.
Dembele, 19, rejected Barcelona’s proposal in the summer in order to gain regular first team at Dortmund following his outstanding breakthrough campaign with Rennes last season.
However, the La Liga champions will be confident of signing the France international in the future after Dembele revealed he still wants a move to the Camp Nou in the future.
“Not now because I have to be a protagonist every Sunday to grow,” Dembele told Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo. “But someday I’ll play at Barca.”
Since the start of last season Dembele has completed more dribbles than any other player aged 21 and under in Europe’s big five leagues (131).
