Wolfsburg and former Bayern Munich defender Dante has arrived in Nice ahead of his medical, according to Le Parisien, via Get Germany Football.
Dante, 32, only joined Wolfsburg last summer but is keen to reunite with Nice manager Lucien Favre following their time together at Gladbach.
The former Brazil international will undergo his medical with the French side before completing a switch to Nice.
Only Philip Lahm has completed more accurate passes (12,315) than Dante (10,719) in the last seven Bundesliga campaigns.
