Marcos Reus enjoyed a dazzling return to first-team action and ended matchday 5 as the highest WhoScored rated player in the Champions League.
The Germany international was due to end his six-month injury nightmare against Bayern Munich at the weekend but a heel injury delayed his return.
It was worth the wait. In his first match since May, Reus scored two and registered one assist in Dortmund’s record breaking 8-4 win over Legia Warszawa on Tuesday night to finish with a perfect WhoScored 10 rating.
Reus is joined in the Champions League Team of the Week by Dortmund teammates Shinji Kagawa, Nuri Sahin and Ousmane Dembele, who were all involved in the rout in one way or another.
Thomas Tuchel’s side now need to avoid defeat against Real Madrid in their last Champions League group game to secure their place as group winners.
