Besiktas are close to signing Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri on a season-long loan deal, according to L’Equipe, via Get French Football.
Nasri, 28, has no future at City under Pep Guardiola and is one of the players they are looking to ship out before the transfer window shuts on Wednesday.
Turkish champions Besiktas are looking to add star quality to their squad after losing Mario Gomez and Gokhan Tore in the off-season and Nasri could fly out to have his medical as early as Thursday afternoon.
Nasri only started four games in the league last season but did managed to weigh in with four goals (two goals, two assists).
