La Liga duo line up move for Hernandez

 

Sevilla and Valencia have made contact with Javier Hernandez’s representatives with a view to a potential transfer, according to Fox Sports Mexico, via Football Espana.

 

Hernandez, 28, has been in sensational form for Bayer Leverkusen since making the switch from Manchester United in 2015 but is reportedly keen to return to Spain where he spent a season on loan with Real Madrid in the 2014/15 season.

 

New Valencia manager Cesare Prandelli is deserpate to sign a goalscoring striker after the loss of Paco Alcacer to Barcelona in the summer, while Sevilla want to give Luciano Vietto and Wissam Ben Yedder further competition up front.

In the last two Bundesliga campaigns only Robert Lewandowski (35) and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (30) have scored more goals than Hernandez (22).
