Paris Saint-Germain have been given the green light to make a move for Manchester United midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger, according to The Daily Mail.
Schweinsteiger, 31, joined United last summer from Bayern Munich but struggled for form and fitness during his maiden campaign at Old Trafford, which ended through injury in March.
Jose Mourinho will assess his whole United squad when they return from international duty towards the end of the month but the Red Devils are reportedly open to selling the Germany international this summer.
United were far more successful in the Premier League without Schweinsteiger in the starting XI (56% win ratio) compared to the results they gained with the World Cup winner in the starting XI (38.5%).
