Paris Saint-Germain remain hopeful of signing Man Utd midfielder
Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has not given up hope of signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United this summer, claims L'Equipe.
Pogba's future at Old Trafford is up in the air after entering the final 12 months of his existing contract.
The France international is calm about the situation and has not even ruled out extending his stay at United but PSG are monitoring closely.
However, the French giants first need to balance their books after the arrivals of Sergio Ramos, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Gini Wijnaldum and Achraf Hakimi.
PSG spent €60m to sign Hakimi from Inter and shelled out big wages to sign Ramos, Donnarumma and Wijnaldum on free transfers.
Neymar was recently handed a bumper new deal as well and PSG have already ruled out Kylian Mbappe's departure despite the fact he only has a year left on his current deal.
United are currently wrapping up deals for Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane and will likely then focus on resolving Pogba's future.

Pogba has been heavily linked with moves to Spain in the past but neither Barcelona nor Real Madrid can afford him.
The 28-year-old was on course to finish Euro 2020 as the tournament's best player until France were knocked out at the round of 16 stage by Switzerland on penalties.
In fact, only Cristiano Ronaldo (7.92) and Emil Forsberg (7.71) garnered a better WhoScored rating than Pogba (7.64) at Euro 2020.
