Willian has rejected Chelsea's improved offer of a new contract and is now in talks to join Arsenal, claims The Guardian.
Chelsea have been locked in talks with Willian over a new contract for the past 12 months but have failed to make a breakthrough in talks.
Frank Lampard's side are only willing to offer Willian a two-year deal but the Brazil international has made it clear he wants a three-year contract.
Willian, who turns 32 this week, missed Chelsea's FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal on Saturday through injury and is now in a race to be fit to face Bayern Munich this weekend.
There is a chance Willian has already played his final game for Chelsea with his current deal due to expire after Saturday's meeting with Bayern.
Willian has already fielded plenty of offers from around Europe but his preference is to remain in the Premier League.

Arsenal are even offering Willian the chance to stay in London and have matched the Brazilian's demand of a three-year deal.
Willian has made more appearances against Arsenal than any other English side in his career (21) and has remarkably never scored against the Gunners.
