Real Madrid ready move for young Tottenham star

Real Madrid are prepared to trump any offer for Tottenham Hotspur ace Dele Alli this summer in their bid to bring the young England international to Spain, reports the Daily Express.

Alli has been in fine form of late and netted in the second half in Spurs’ entertaining 2-2 draw with Manchester City on Saturday to take his total to 11 goals in England’s top tier this term.

The 20-year-old has been attracting interest from across the continent, with Real Madrid recently heavily linked with the English youngster.

A number of teams have been tracking Alli and it’s thought those keen on the England international would have to break the £50m to secure his services.

Alli signed a new six-year deal in September, so Spurs are under no pressure to sell, but know the player is one of the most sought after players in Europe.

However, Spurs have a frosty relationship with Real Madrid following their public pursuit of Luka Modric and Gareth Bale, though the Premier League side fear Alli’s head could be turned by the possibility of lining up for the European champions.
