Arsenal have been warned they will need to pay in the region of £70m to sign Leicester's James Maddison this summer, reports Sky Sports.
Maddison has emerged as a potential transfer target for the Gunners as Mikel Arteta looks to add a No.10 to his squad for the new season.
Leicester are in no rush to cash in on the 24-year-old, who still has three years left to run on his current deal.
Arsenal have not ruled out a move to re-sign Martin Odegaard from Real Madrid but are waiting for the Spanish side to decide on his future.
Odegaard spent the second half of last season on loan at Arsenal and is still highly thought of by Arteta despite a mixed spell.

With Arsenal already outlaying £50m to sign Ben White from Brighton, any move for Maddison at this stage seems highly unlikely without first making a significant sale.
