Spurs are tracking the progress of Napoli winger Lorenzo Insigne with a thought to make a move in the summer, according to The Daily Mirror.
Insigne, 24, still have more than three years remaining on his current deal with the Serie A side, but his performances this season are likely to court interest in the summer.
After being limited to a relatively restricted budget for the past two years, Maurico Pochettino has reportedly been given assurances he will have money to spend this summer with Spurs in a strong position to finish inside the top four this season.
And, according to the report, the Tottenham boss has placed Insigne high on his list of priorities this summer, with the Napoli forward valued at £18m.
Insigne is enjoying his finest senior campaign to date, having already played a direct part in at least more goals this season (21 - 11 goals + 10 assists) than any other season.
Furthermore, the Italy international is also the only player to have reached double figures for goals and assists in Serie A this season.
