Incoming Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola is interested in signing PSV Eindhoven left-back Jetro Willems, according to De Telegraaf, via TalkSPORT.
The two-time Premier League champions have been interested in Willems since 2013 when the Netherlands international was emerging onto the scene as an exciting 19-year-old for both club and country.
Willems has only made eight appearances in the league for PSV this season after only just returning from a knee injury that kept him sidelined for more than six months.
The 21-year-old scored his first goal for PSV since May 2015 (vs Heracles) when PSV thrashed Groningen 3-0 at the weekend.
