Premier League target Andrea Belotti has pledged his immediate future to Torino after assuring fans he will still be at the club next season.
Belotti, 23, has been in sensational goalscoring form for Torino this season and his performances have even drawn reported interest from European giants Real Madrid.
Torino have no intentions of selling their star man but would effectively be powerless to keeping the Italy international if any side outside of Italy triggers his €100m (£86.7m) buy-out clause.
However, Belotti has provided Sinisa Mihajlovic’s side with a huge boost after ruling out a summer exit from the club at the end of the season.
“Of course I am staying,” Belotti told Tuttosport, via Football Italia. “I want to remain at Torino. In fact, I will stay at Torino next season. Let the Granata fans know! I am definitely staying.”
While Torino no longer has anything to play for this season, Belotti is looking to finish the season as the top goalscorer in Serie A. Belotti is currently leading the race, one goal ahead of Roma striker Edin Dzeko (21).
