Serie A side Roma have confirmed the signing of striker Edin Dzeko on a season-long loan.
The 29-year-old put to paper with the Italian giants after successfully passing his medical and will remain with Roma until the end of the current campaign, though there is no word on whether there is a clause to make his move permanent next summer.
His move brings to an end a four-and-a-half year stay with Manchester City, during which he scored 50 league goals following his arrival from Wolfsburg.
"I came here to win titles with Roma," Dzeko told Roma TV.
"Hopefully we will win many, many trophies but first we have to work hard on the pitch and at the end, hopefully we will get where we want to be.
"I can only promise one thing and that is that I will give my best for this club in every game."
