Borussia Dortmund announce arrival of Man Utd target Bellingham
Borussia Dortmund have announced the arrival of highly rated Birmingham teenager Jude Bellingham on a long-term deal.
The Bundesliga outfit have made Bellingham the most expensive 17-year-old of all-time after agreeing a £26m deal with Birmingham for Manchester United target.
Bellingham is the second player Dortmund have beaten United to in the space of six months after landing Erling Haaland at the start of the year.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer had big plans for Bellingham for next season but the teenage midfielder has opted to pursue the same journey as Jadon Sancho, in addition to receiving a bigger salary at Dortmund.
Bellingham had his Dortmund medical in Germany at the end of last week and still managed to return in time to start Birmingham's 2-0 defeat at Preston on Saturday.
The England Under-17 international has impressively made 40 league appearances for Birmingham this season and is expected to play in their last game of the season.
Bellingham scored his first senior goal on just his second league appearance of the season and followed that up with another in Birmignham's next game. He has four goals and two assists in total this season.
