However, Birmingham are ready to reject any advance for Bellingham, who has established himself as a key man for the Midlands outfit.
The player's family are keen to see the youngster playing regular first team football and having mde 25 league appearances for Birmingham this season, 18 of which have been starts, they believe his immediate future is best served at St. Andrew's.
Bellingham isn't eligible to sign a professional contract with Birmingham until he turns 17, but the club are confident of retaining his services until he is able to pen a full contract later this year.
That, though, is unlikely to deter the likes of United and Liverpool, who have eyed up a possible move for Bellingham as the two teams seek to boost their homegrown quota.
Bellingham has scored four and assisted one in the Championship this season, returning a WhoScored rating of 6.74 in the process.
