Manchester City have confirmed Joe Hart has joined Serie A side Torino on loan for the rest of the season.
Hart, 29, left England’s training squad over the weekend to fly to Turin and complete his move on Tuesday.
The England international has become the first English goalkeeper to play in one of Europe’s big leagues after dropping below Willy Caballero and Claudio Bravo in the pecking order this season.
Hart will be tasked with improving up Torino’s porous backline. In fact, Torino have only kept two clean sheets in their last 15 league matches.
