West Ham are still in talks with Besiktas over a deal for Gokhan Tore despite having a loan offer rejected, reports Sky Sports.
Tore, 24, has been a target for Slaven Bilic since the start of last season and the former Besiktas manager is keen to reunite with the winger at the Olympic Park this summer.
However, Besiktas has refused to listen to loan offers and will only allow Tore to leave the Super Lig champions on a permanent deal for a fee in the region of £12m.
Tore only started 15 league games for the Black Eagles last season and no teammate was dispossessed more times (2.1).
