Christian Eriksen has turned down Tottenham’s latest contract offer but has no intention of leaving, reports the London Evening Standard.
The Denmark international has entered the final two years of his existing deal and Tottenham are keen to secure his long-term future to ward off future interest in their creator-in-chief.
However, the 24-year-old has rejected their latest contract extension but is keen to continue talks with the London-based club, although wants his performances to be rewarded with him being moved into the top bracket of owners at the club.
In the last three Premier League campaigns Eriksen has scored at least two more free kicks than any other player (6).
