Milan striker heading to China

AC Milan striker Luiz Adriano is on the verge of completing a move to Chinese Super League outfit Jiangsu Suning, according to Calciomercato.

Adriano, 28, only joined Milan at the start of the season but has failed to make any real impression on Sinisa Mihajlovic and now looks set to leave.

However, despite not really proving of any worth to Milan the Serie A giants are still set to make a £4.5m profit on the original £8m they paid for his services from Shakhtar Donetsk.

The Brazilian forward has started as many league matches as he has made substitute appearances in the league this season (9), but has still managed to weigh in with a telling contribution in five goals (3 goals + 2 assists).
