United are unlikely to make any signings this month but the Red Devils are open to offers for some of their fringe players.
Marcos Rojo is considered expendable by the United hierarchy in their pursuit of a new central defender, while Fellaini is also free to leave.
Fellaini emerged as a key player under Jose Mourinho and the Portuguese was integral in United handing the midfielder a new two-year deal last summer.
Solskjaer promised a fresh start for the entire United squad after being appointed Mourinho’s successor, yet Fellaini has not got a look in.
The 31-year-old is yet to start a match under Solskjaer and has only managed 31 minutes of playing time over two substitute appearances.
AC Milan, Porto and Chinese giants Guangzhou Evergrande are reportedly interested in Fellaini and United are holding out for a £15m fee.
