Chelsea are in discussions with Serie A side Napoli over a deal involving both Romelu Lukaku and Victor Osimhen, reports The Athletic.
Discussions are currently centred on Lukaku heading to Naples on a permanent deal, with Osimhen moving to Stamford Bridge, potentially on an initial loan.
Lukaku is not believed to have a future at Chelsea, and has spent the past two seasons on loan in Italy, at Inter Milan and Roma.
A move to Napoli would see the Belgian striker reunited with Antonio Conte, after working under the Italian at Inter for two seasons.
Osimhen, meanwhile, has been of interest to Chelsea for some time. The Nigerian striker has scored 41 goals over the last two campaigns, and helped Napoli to their first Scudetto since 1990, in 2023.

Talks are continuing but it remains a very difficult deal to do, according to Sky Sports. Any loan agreement for Chelsea to sign Osimhen is likely to include an option to sign the striker permanently at the end of the season.
