West Ham United have released midfielder Kevin Nolan by mutual consent, the club has announced.
Nolan, 33, has spent the last four years at Upton Park but has found first team opportunities harder to come by in the last two seasons.
The former Newcastle and Bolton midfielder made over 157 appearances for West Ham, scoring 31 goals.
“I’m now looking forward to the next challenge playing for a new club,” Nolan told West Ham’s official website.
The club added: “We would like to thank Kevin for his considerable effort and commitment over the past four seasons and wish him all the very best for the future, on and off the football pitch.”
