Tottenham have moved to the front of the queue in the race to sign Leicester winger Demarai Gray, reports the Daily Mirror.
Gray has issued an ultimatum to Leicester boss Craig Shakespeare and is demanding to be played or that the Foxes sell him this summer.
Bournemouth recently saw a £30m bid rejected for the 21-year-old, with Shakespeare keen to retain the youngster’s services.
Spurs, though, are thought to have now tabled a hefty bid for the former Birmingham wideman as they look to improve their wide options before the close of the transfer window.
Mauricio Pochettino is keen to add to his attacking ranks and was keen on landing Ross Barkley from Everton, only to recently go cold on the England international.
Unsettled Gray is yet to make a Premier League start this season, with the youngster frustrated at a lack of game time under Shakespeare.
Crystal Palace have also been linked with a move for Gray, but his departure hinders on whether Riyad Mahrez leaves before tomorrow’s deadline, with the Algerian still a target for Serie A side Roma.
