Tottenham transfer news: Personal terms agreed with Paris Saint-Germain outcast
It’s been another quiet transfer window for Tottenham so far this month but Mauricio Pochettino’s side usually leave it late before doing their business and it’s been no exception this time around. We round up the main stories associated with the north London outfit.
‘Tottenham agree personal terms with Lucas Moura’
Lucas Moura has been heavily linked with a January move with just about every big Premier League side but now Tottenham finally look poised to hand him a route out of Paris Saint-Germain.
The 25-year-old was shown around Tottenham’s training ground on Thursday and now Mauricio Pochettino’s side have, according to RMC, agreed terms with the Brazilian for a four-year deal.
However, Tottenham now have to agree the transfer with PSG and both sides are currently eyeing completely different deals. While PSG are holding out for £22m, Tottenham would prefer to loan the winger until the end of the season before making the switch permanent.
Moura has fallen completely out of favour under Unai Emery this season and is transfer listed by the Ligue 1 giants as they try to get back some of their investment from the summer on Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
The PSG No.7 has only managed 72 minutes of playing time across five substitute league appearances this season, but has still completed the most dribbles across the last five Ligue 1 campaigns (349).
