Chelsea have reached an agreement in principle to sign Ajax sensation Hakim Ziyech for €45m at the end of the season, claims Dutch outlet De Telegraaf.
Frank Lampard's side had a late approach for Ziyech in the January transfer window knocked back by Ajax but have continued their pursuit this month.
Nothing is done on paper but it is understood Chelsea have a verbal agreement with Ajax to sign Ziyech in the summer.
Ziyech has been one of the best players in the Eredivisie in the last five years and only signed a new long-term deal with Ajax at the start of the campaign.
